9. Returns and Refunds

No Returns Allowed

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest quality standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before making a purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

3. Resolution: If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will offer you the option of a replacement or a refund. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost, or the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items
